Our Mission
About Us
We advance the church’s capacity to reach, engage, and disciple people through effective digital strategy built for real Sundays and real teams.
Our Mission
At ACMG our mission is to advance the church's capacity to reach, engage, and disciple people through effective digital strategies.
We partner with churches to strengthen communication, expand their online presence, and build consistent systems that support real ministry. Our goal is to help churches use modern media not just to grow attendance, but to transform lives, fulfilling the Great Commission with clarity, creativity, and consistency.
Advancing Capacity Media Group was created to solve a real problem
Advancing Capacity Media Group (ACMG) was founded by Melvin Wise—a social media marketer whose purpose became crystal clear after becoming a believer. With a background in digital marketing, Melvin started noticing something he couldn’t ignore: many sincere churches with powerful messages weren’t reaching their full potential online—not because the message lacked impact, but because the strategy, systems, and brand clarity behind it were missing.
That conviction became personal when Melvin joined his local church and was appointed to lead the communications team. As the church strengthened its brand identity and built a consistent content rhythm, the change was immediate—starting with the people already in the pews. Members gained confidence in how their church showed up online and felt excited to share what they were seeing.
“I see the things you post online, and I can’t believe it’s our church. We’ve never seen our church page look like this. This is so exciting.”
That moment clarified the mission: churches don’t simply need more content—they need a sustainable system. Today, ACMG exists to advance the church’s capacity to reach, engage, and disciple people through effective digital strategies.
At the core of ACMG is a guiding belief Melvin carries into every partnership: brand and communication aren’t vanity—they’re stewardship. When the message is strong, the system carrying it should be strong too.

We measure success not only by engagement metrics, but by eternal impact and transformed lives.
Integrity in Influence
We lead with honesty, humility, and authenticity in every interaction.
Our work is built on truth and transparency so the message of Christ is represented with excellence and sincerity.
Creativity with Purpose
We believe creativity is a gift meant to inspire and connect.
Every design, story, and strategy we produce points people toward hope, community, and the Gospel.
Empowerment Through Excellence
We don’t just deliver services, we equip ministries with tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive digitally.
Excellence honors God, and empowerment strengthens His Church.
Stewardship of Opportunity
Digital platforms are today’s mission field.
We steward them wisely using data, technology, and communication strategies responsibly to help churches reach more people.
Collaboration Over Competition
We see every partnership as Kingdom collaboration, not competition.
When ministries grow, the Body grows. We come alongside leaders to support the vision never outshine it.
Faith in Action
We move forward in faith, trusting God to guide our creativity, connections, and opportunities.
Our confidence comes from prayerful dependence, not personal ambition.

Important Things To Know
FAQ
What kinds of churches do you work with?
We work best with churches that want consistent communication and are willing to collaborate—whether you have a staff member, a volunteer team, or you’re doing it all yourself. If you’re ready to build a sustainable rhythm (not just a one-off post), we’re a great fit.
Do you work with small churches or volunteer-only teams?
Yes. Many of the churches we serve have small teams. Our goal is to build a simple system you can sustain without burnout—so your team can stay consistent even with limited time
What does the onboarding process look like?
We start with a short discovery call, then a Digital Ministry Audit. After that, we align on goals, set up access, confirm a content rhythm, and begin production and posting with clear timelines.
How soon can we start?
Timelines depend on availability and how quickly we receive access and assets. Once access is in place and goals are clear, we can typically begin the audit and initial setup quickly.
What exactly do you deliver each week?
Deliverables vary by plan, but typically include sermon clips/short-form videos, weekly graphics, captions, posting schedules, brand consistency, and simple reporting so you can see what’s working.
Do you create content from our Sunday service?
Yes. We can repurpose your sermon into a full week of content—clips, quotes, and key moments—so your message continues reaching people beyond Sunday.
Do you also manage posting and scheduling?
Yes. We can schedule and publish content for you, along with optimization (titles, hashtags, thumbnails, and platform formatting) depending on your package.
Can you help with branding and design?
Yes. We help churches build a clear, consistent visual identity—so everything from your social posts to your website feels unified and recognizable.
Do you build or redesign church websites?
Yes. We can create or refresh your website so it’s clear, mobile-friendly, and built to help visitors take next steps (Plan a Visit, watch, give, connect).
What access do you need from us?
Typically: Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube permissions, and analytics access (GA4 if applicable). We’ll provide a simple checklist and guide you through it.
Do you need us to film new videos?
Not always. We can repurpose existing sermon footage. If you want to elevate quality, we can recommend a simple filming setup or support on-site/remote workflows depending on your needs.
How much time will this take from our team?
We aim to reduce your workload. Most churches spend a small amount of time weekly approving content (if approvals are included) and sharing updates like events or announcements.
How do you measure success?
We track growth in reach and engagement, clarity in communication, content consistency, and next steps (website clicks, visitors, signups) depending on your goals.
Will this guarantee more attendance?
We don’t promise instant attendance spikes—but we do build the systems that make it easier for people to find you, trust you, and take next steps consistently.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the level of content, posting, design, and support you need. After the audit, we recommend the best plan based on your goals and team capacity.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Consistency takes time. Most churches see the best results with a multi-month commitment so we can build the system, refine it, and track what’s working.
